Sourced from the HSV vineyard in Woodside, this 2025 release captures the Adelaide Hills in exquisite detail with a balance of Barrel fermentation and the focus and direction of stainless - vivid, expressive and utterly delicious.
In the glass, it shimmers with pale gold luminosity, hinting at the beauty to come. Aromatically, it unfurls in graceful layers — white blossom, preserved lemon, ripe pear and a whisper of almond meal, all threaded with a mineral freshness that feels as if it were carried on the hillside air itself.
On the palate, this is Fiano at its most compelling. Textured yet finely tuned, generous yet impeccably restrained. A savoury edge curls around flavours of citrus rind, stone fruit and wild herbs, while the variety’s signature nutty complexity lends depth and intrigue.
